These terms govern your use of TribeBldr, Mini Andrew and related Dad Tribes tools provided by Dad Tribes LLC. By using these services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Accounts and eligibility

Builder and connected-email business features are for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, protect your account and use only accounts, communities and data you are authorized to access. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

The service and AI assistance

Mini Andrew provides training, research, analysis, draft content, images, business organization and supported app actions. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete or outdated. Review recipients, claims, dates, locations, images, legal requirements and commitments before approving an action. Research does not establish that a business will respond, donate, participate or purchase. We do not guarantee membership growth, earnings, investment performance, media coverage or business success. Recorded sales, estimated commissions and paid amounts are different.

Schedules operate when enabled and may be delayed or interrupted by provider limits, outages, authorization expiry, unavailable data or safety controls. A queued task is not proof of completion. Provider acceptance of an email is not proof of delivery. We show supported outcomes and identify uncertainty where available.

Authorization and approval

Enabling a routine authorizes its disclosed analysis, research usage and preparation, not unrestricted communications, spending or partnership commitments. Sending emails and supported publication actions require your explicit approval through the specific action presented by the service. You remain responsible for the actions you approve and your relationships with members and businesses. Do not approve content you know to be misleading or unauthorized.

Connected email

Google and Microsoft connections are optional and subject to those providers’ terms, account eligibility, licensing and organizational controls. You must explicitly authorize sending and, separately, optional reply monitoring. Although provider read permissions are broader, the reply feature is designed to process matching responses to messages sent through TribeBldr. It does not provide a general inbox-reading service. We may transmit relevant content to our AI service provider to perform the disclosed assistance. The Privacy Policy explains Limited Use, retention, deletion and revocation.

You must follow applicable email and privacy laws, including truthful sender information, required commercial-email disclosures, a valid physical postal address when required, and an effective way to stop further contact. Public availability of an email address does not eliminate these obligations. Do not send spam, deceptive messages, harassment or unlawful outreach. We may block recipients who request no further contact. A builder must supply their appropriate sender identity and address; Dad Tribes LLC’s address must not be substituted for an unrelated sender without authorization.

Community conduct and events

Respect member privacy and community rules. Do not publish private conversations, exact private locations or identifying child information without appropriate authority. Obtain necessary consent for images and blur children’s faces before public event-photo publication. AI-generated people must not be represented as actual members or proof of a real event. Builders are responsible for venue access, permissions, safety, applicable licenses and truthful event details. An RSVP is not verified attendance.

Business partnerships and compensation

Territory inventory is checked when available, but recommendations or drafts do not reserve a territory. Purchase availability and commitments are governed by the relevant checkout, subscription and partnership agreement. Affiliate compensation, eligibility, tax documentation, payout timing and adjustments are governed by the separately accepted current affiliate agreement. These terms do not replace that agreement. No payment account transfer is authorized by an AI conversation.

Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display and transmit it to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable provider policies. You must have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not upload passwords, stolen data, malware or content that violates another person’s rights. Connected-email data is not licensed for generalized AI training or advertising targeting.

You may use the service for its intended community and business workflows. Do not bypass access controls, scrape private data, interfere with the service, exploit security weaknesses, or resell another user’s information. Dad Tribes and TribeBldr branding and software remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Availability, suspension and termination

Core coaching and builder support are offered free as described in the service. Your own internet, provider accounts, event expenses or optional third-party purchases may have costs. No optional paid service or third-party expense is authorized merely by using Mini Andrew. We may change features or reasonable limits and suspend access for misuse, legal requirements or security reasons. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. AI assistance is not professional legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Dad Tribes LLC is not responsible for third-party decisions or unauthorized actions outside its control; each party remains responsible as required by applicable law.
